Here is our first update of 2011, this time focusing on prime locations along the Tramuntana mountains, which run from the western tip of the island to Pollensa in the north. There have been a number of price reductions, mostly where owners who have been clinging to pre-recession prices are moderating their expectations.
The finca in Alaro at 790,000 Euros is an outstanding opportunity. I sent this one out in a special update earlier this week, as it is likely to be snapped up quickly. The sea view townhouse in Cala Murada is also at a very low price, as is the townhouse in Puigpunyent. Both are likely to sell quickly at this level.
