Here is our latest update on some of the more interesting property opportunities currently available in Mallorca. The focus this week is on some attractive price reductions. There are quite a few to report; all on good quality properties in good locations. My view is that some owners who were holding out for prices to start increasing again are now recognising this might still be a way off, so they are adjusting their prices to more competitive levels in order to sell.
I have also included a few that have not been reduced, but have come onto the market more recently at realistic and competitive price levels.
