The Mallorca property market 2014 - our thoughts.

The downward price trend of Spanish properties, established in 2008, is gradually finding a floor. Mallorca is one of the locations at the front of this trend. Within Mallorca there are good locations and properties, and some not so good.

The market dynamics vary accordingly. However, prospective purchasers should recognize that it is most unlikely that we will be seeing significant price declines from this point onward. We may even see some of the better properties increase in price during 2014.
