Mallorca property update 23rd May 2010

Here is our latest update with more properties that stand out as interesting opportunities. Overall the market is still rather choppy reflecting continuing global economic stress and an understandable uncertainty as to whether this is a wise time to buy. There is a view however that hard assets such as prime location real estate are now the most secure investments and some people are clearly targeting Mallorca as a place to buy in this respect.

This week we have properties from Puerto Andratx in the southwest, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in the north, and from Porto Colom in the southeast. All have a long-established demand that clearly marks them out as good locations to seek property deals that will go on to be solid investments. Hopefully there is something of interest to everyone, with prices in this weeks selection ranging from 299,000 Euros at the lower end to 1,900,000 at the high end.
